In 2019, Ford released the GT Heritage Edition as a homage to the GT40s that swept 24 Hours of Le Mans, a pivoting point for Ford Racing beating Ferrari out with a 1-2-3 finish in ’66!

Some of the more iconic GT’s famously wore the Gulf Oil livery. To continue the theme, Ford also adds Silver mirror caps, 20-inch high-gloss dark gray wheels and orange Brembo brake calipers to the Heritage Edition.

Powering the GTis a 3.5-liter V6 twin-turbo, pushing out an impressive 647 Horsepower and 550 1b.-ft of torque. On the interior, the seats have been embossed to resemble the original ’68 LeMans-winning racecar. The 2019 model-year specific GT’ will all wear the No. 9 graphics on the hood and doors, honoring the same car that won Le Mans.
